摘要
目的:研究分级护理管理对脑出血患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2014年9月到2015年12月在我院进行住院治疗的脑出血患者106例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组53例。观察组进行分级护理管理,对照组仅进行常规睡眠护理。采用ASHQ睡眠因子和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评价2组患者的睡眠质量。比较2组睡眠质量和护理满意度。结果:对照组ASHQ睡眠因子中各项因子分值明显高于观察组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表中除安眠药物指标外各单项得分以及总得分均明显高于观察组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者对护理的满意度明显低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:分级护理管理可以改善脑出血患者的睡眠质量,有利于患者身体健康的恢复,同时可以提高护理满意度,值得广泛推广。
Objective： Study the influence of hierarchical nursing management on the sleep quality of patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods： 106 patients with cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from September 2014 to December2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,53 cases in each group. The observation group received hierarchical nursing management,while the control group underwent routine sleep care. The sleep quality was assessed by ASHQ sleep factor and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index（ PSQI）. The sleep quality and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results： The scores of ASHQ sleep factors in the control group were significantly higher than those in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. The control group Pittsburgh sleep quality index in addition to sleeping pills each scale score and total score were significantly higher than those in the observation group,and the differences were statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. The satisfaction degree of the patients in the control group was significantly lower than that in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Hierarchical nursing management can improve the quality of sleep in patients with cerebral hemorrhage,and is conducive to the recovery of patients with good health. At the same time,it can improve the nursing satisfaction. It is worth extensive promotion.
