川西气区动态监测结果异常原因分析 被引量:1

Cause Analysis of Abnormal Dynamic Monitoring Results in Western Sichuan Gas Province

摘要 川西气区是以开采天然气为主的气藏,动态监测工作对于衰竭式开发的气藏而言是较为重要的工作环节之一。川西气区主要通过不稳定试井的压力恢复试井、静压监测、流压监测、流体性质监测等动态监测技术,了解气藏压力递减规律、水侵规律及水体大小。动态监测结果可以为指导油气藏开发管理及进行各种决策提供重要依据。目前动态监测结果中有部分数据存在异常,不能用于后期分析。归纳、总结异常原因,主要可分为人工记录仪器精度低、采集数据品质差、测试工具未到产层中部、储层类型认识不完善等四种类型。针对各类异常情况,分别制定了提高测量仪器精度及稳定性、加强验收资料的可靠性、设计制作钢丝自动润滑装置、加强结合沉积相等下一步整改建议,为气井合理配产、气藏稳产以及开发调整提供了有力的技术支持。 The western Sichuan gas province is the gas reservoirsproduced by natural gas mainly,and dynamic monitoring is one of the more important aspects for the depletion-developed gas reservoirs.In the west-ern Sichuan gas province,the dynamic monitoring techniques,such as pressure buildupwelltest in transient testing,hydrostatic pressure monitoring,flow pressure monitoring and fluid property monitoring,are mainly used to understand the pressure decline law,water contamination law and water body sizeof the gas reservoirs.The dynamic monitoring results can provide an important basis for guiding reservoir development management and making various decisions.At present,some of the dynamic monitoring results are abnormal and cannot be used for later analysis.The reasons for the abnormalities are summarized,and they can be mainly classified into four types:low accuracy of manual recording instruments,poor quality of collected data,middle of the pay zone can′t be testedfor the tools,and imperfect understanding of reservoir types.In response to each type of abnormalities,recommendations are made to improve the accuracy and stability of measuring instruments,strengthen the reliability of acceptance data,design and make automatic lubrication devices for steel wires,and strengthen the combination of sedimentary facies and so on,providing strong technical support for reasonable production allocation of gas wells,stable production and development adjustment of gas reservoirs.
