摘要
井筒积液判识对低渗气藏提高气井生产能力和气藏采收率有着十分重要的意义。提出多种基于常规动态监测资料的气井井筒积判识方法,并明确界定了各种方法在低渗气藏现场适应性。首先,根据压恢试井资料建立压力、压力导数与拟时间双对数曲线,利用井筒储集段后期压力导数曲线的"驼峰效应"判识井筒积液;该方法适合具有压恢试井资料且生产能力相对较好气井。其次,根据压力梯度测试资料绘制静压梯度曲线,利用曲线偏转特征判识井筒积液;该方法准确性高,但要求气井具有压力梯度测试资料,应用范围相对较小。再次,根据油压、套压、产量测试资料绘制生产曲线,利用油、套压"剪刀腿"形态及产量锯齿形特征判识井筒积液;该方法现场应用广泛,但对积液判识相对滞后。最后,根据气井井口压力、产量等常规生产数据,建立单井渗流模型,通过对比理论计算井底流压及井口压力折算井底流压判识井筒积液;该方法要求对气井动储量及储层特征有较准确认识。研究成果为气井临界携液流量评价及排水采气措施制定提供了依据。
Liquid loading diagnosis is significant for improving well productivity and recovery in low permeability gas reservoir.In this paper,based on regular dynamic monitoring data,various methods for diagnosing of liquid loading are proposed.Meanwhile,the adaptability of the methods in the field is explicated.First of all,according to the buildup test,the log-log plot of pressure,derivative pressure versus pseudo time is set up.Then using"hump effect"after well storage stage diagnose liquid loading.This method is suitable for the gas well with buildup test data and preferable productivity.Secondly,based on pressure gradient testing data,the curve which describes pressure versus depth is used too.This method is accurate but with limited application due to lack of pressure gradient test data.In addition,producing curves of tubing pressure,casing pressure and production rate are drawn,on which the scissor shape of tubing pressure and casing pressure is considered as the symbol of liquid loading.This method is with wide application but not timely;Moreover,the seepage flow model of the gas well is build based on regular producing data as top hole pressure and production rate.Liquid loading can be recognized by contrasting the theoretic flowing pressure with calculated flowing pressure from the top hole pressure.This method demands that the reserves and physical properties of the formation needs to be precisely understood.Results provide reference for appraisal of critical liquid-carrying flow rate and formulation of dewatering gas recovery measures.
