摘要
目的分析成分提取方法对长泰砂仁两种黄酮苷含量的影响,确定出最合理的方法。方法使用脱脂回流法、直接回流法、脱脂超声法以及直接超声法开展长泰砂仁两种黄酮苷含量测定,分析结果。结果当槲皮苷进样量在0.043~0.379μg区间内线性关系满意,回收率均值为100.6%,RSD为0.31%;当异槲皮苷进样量在0.018~0.086μg区间内线性关系满意,回收率均值为100.4%,RSD为0.21%。结论直接回流法简单方便、省时,其可被视为长泰砂仁含量水平测量的重要控制方式。
Objective To analyze the effects of processing and extraction methods on the contents of two flavonoid glycosides in amomum changtai, and to determine the most reasonable processing method.Methods The content of two flavonoid glycosides in amomum changtai was determined by defatting reflux method, direct reflux method, defatting ultrasonic method and direct ultrasonic method.Results When quercitrin was injected in the range of 0.043~0.379 μg, the average recovery was 100.6%, RSD was 0.31%. When the linear range of isoquercitrin was 0.018~0.086 μg, the average recovery was 100.4% and RSD was 0.21%.Conclusion The direct reflux method is simple, convenient and time-saving, and can be regarded as an important control method for the content level measurement of Amomum changtai.
