摘要
目的:探讨重复经颅磁刺激结合言语训练对脑卒中后运动性失语症患者的临床疗效。方法:选择2020年2月-2021年2月新余市人民医院收治的脑卒中后运动性失语症患者60例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组予言语康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上联合重复经颅磁刺激。比较两组治疗前后失语指数、日常生活活动能力变化及康复情况,统计两组治疗过程中不良事件(误吸、摔伤、走失和跌倒)发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组失语指数评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组失语指数评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组日常生活活动能力评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组日常生活活动能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗结束时和治疗结束3个月后,两组康复情况评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组康复情况评分均高于同期对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗过程中不良事件发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对脑卒中后运动性失语症患者,使用重复经颅磁刺激结合言语训练,能有效改善患者语言功能,提高生活能力,降低治疗期间不良事件发生率。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with speech training in motor aphasia after stroke.Method:A total of 60 stroke patients with motor aphasia after stroke admitted to Xinyu People’s Hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases each.The control group received speech rehabilitation training,and the observation group was treated with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation on the basis of the control group.The changes in aphasia index,activities of daily living and rehabilitation of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,the complications(aspiration,fall,loss and fall)in the treatment process of the two groups were counted.Result:After treatment,the aphasia index scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),aphasia index scores of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of activities of daily living in the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),the scores of activities of daily living in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).At the end of the treatment and 3 months after the treatment,the rehabilitation scores of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment(P<0.05),and the rehabilitation scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group at the same time(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For stroke patients with motor aphasia after stroke,the use of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with speech training can effectively improve the patient’s language function,improve living ability,and reduce the incidence of adverse events during treatment.
