摘要
目的探讨口腔专科医院推动开展医务社会工作的路径。方法通过分析近年来中央及北京、上海等地方政府关于医务社会工作推动落实的政策文件精神,结合口腔专科医院推动医务社会工作面临的实际问题与挑战,提出推动医务社会工作发展的路径建议。结果口腔专科医院发展医务社会工作迫在眉睫,但普遍面临着社会行业组织不健全、医务社会工作认知程度不高、专业人才紧缺、体制机制不完善等问题。结论建议加强行业组织建设、提高认知程度、保障医务社会工作人财物资源配置、建立健全体制机制等方面推动口腔专科医务社会工作发展。
Objective To explore the path of promoting the development of medical social work in Stomatological hospitals.Methods The path to promote the development of medical social work was proposed by analyzing the spirit of the policy documents of the central government,Beijing,Shanghai and other local governments on the promotion of medical social work in recent years,and combining the actual problems and challenges faced by stomatological hospital in promoting medical social work.Results It is urgent for stomatological hospitals to develop medical social work,but they generally are faced with problems such as unsound organization of social industry,low awareness of medical social work,shortage of professional talents,and imperfect system and mechanism.Conclusion It is recommended to strengthen the construction of industry organizations,increase awareness,ensure the allocation of human and financial resources for medical social work,establish and improve systems and mechanisms,and promote the development of dental specialty medical social work.
