摘要
武陵山片区跨域治理和扶贫攻坚的本质不仅在于治理,也在于区域社会服务水平的提升,满足公民对于社会服务的多层次、多元化及个性化服务的需求。社会工作行业组织在社会治理中被赋予区域合作、专业协作和自我发展角色要求的同时,应发挥主体能动性、提供专业服务、促进资源整合、倡导区域改革的示范作用。
The nature of inter-regional governance and poverty alleviation in Wulingshan Area is not only governance,but also is to raise the level of social services in the region,to meet the needs of citizens for multi-level and diversified and personalized service. While assuming the role of cooperative partner,professional collaborator and self-development in regional governance,social work organization should also take the initiatives to provide professional services,promote the integration of resources and advocate regional reform.
