摘要
针对当前人才供给侧和产业需求侧存在的不相适应的问题,通过深化产教融合,推进校企协同育人,有望根本性解决该问题。多家产教融合型企业已经积极行动,参与到人才培养的整个过程,为实现产教深度融合发挥了重要作用;同时,各高校也在深化改革,从培养方案的制定、实施和反馈等各环节注重培养学生的能力和工匠精神的培育;通过加强实践环节,积极开展创新创业教育,校企联合共同打造一流教学团队等实现校企紧密合作,深化产教融合,提高人才培养质量,为行业培育更多工匠。
In view of the mismatch between the supply side of talents and the demand side of industry,this problem is expected to be fundamentally solved by deepening the integration of industry and education and promoting university-enterprise collaborative education.Many enterprises integrating industry and education have actively participated in the whole process of talent training,and played an important role in realizing the deep integration of industry and education.At the same time,colleges and universities are also deepening the reform and focusing on the cultivation of students'ability and craftsman spirit from the development,implementation and feedback of the training program.By strengthening practical links,innovation and entrepreneurship education are actively carried out to jointly build first-class teaching teams.The close cooperation between schools and enterprises can be realized to deepen the integration of industry and education and improve the quality of talent training.
