摘要
教育考试文化是影响教育考试事业发展的深层内因。长期以来,受我国传统考试文化的功利导向影响,造成了教育应试化、发展单一化、评价唯分化等多种弊病,严重制约我国学校人才选拔培养机制深化改革。新时代,我国教育考试文化的创新在于树立质量导向的价值理念,以促进教育素质化、发展全面化及评价综合化的深入推进。引领教育与考试改革是我国新时代教育考试文化的历史使命,具体包括落实立德树人体制机制、破除唯分取人历史窠臼和促进高质量育人评价体系建设。
The culture of educational examination is the deep internal cause that affects the development of educational examination.The utilitarianism in China’s traditional examination culture led to many problems such as exam-oriented education,homogeneous development,and evaluation based on scores alone,which constructs a severe constraint to the deepening reform of talent selection and training mechanism in schools.In the new era,the innovation of educational examination culture lies in fostering quality-oriented values to promote quality education,holistic development,and comprehensive evaluation.Therefore,the reform of education and examination is the historical mission of China’s education and examination culture in the new era,including implementing the mechanism of fostering virtue through education,breaking the traditional pattern of score-only selection,and building the high-quality education and evaluation system.
