摘要
目的探讨玻璃纤维桩联合二氧化锆全瓷冠修复对老年前牙牙体缺损患者修复成功率及生活质量的影响。方法选取2014年10月~2016年12月我院老年前牙牙体缺损患者64例(148颗牙),通过随机数字表法分为对照组(32例73颗牙)及观察组(32例75颗牙)。予以对照组铸造桩加钴铬烤瓷冠修复,予以观察组玻璃纤维桩联合二氧化锆全瓷冠修。统计对比两组修复成功率,统计对比修复前与修复后4周局部龈沟液(GCF)、龈沟液中碱性磷酸酶(ALP)水平及生活质量评分变化情况。结果观察组修复成功率96.00%(72/75)高于对照组93.15%(68/73),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);修复前,两组ALP、GCF水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),修复后4周,观察组ALP、GCF水平均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);修复前两组SF-36评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);修复后4周,观察组SF-36评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用玻璃纤维桩联合二氧化锆全瓷冠修复老年前牙牙体缺损效果显著,其具有根折风险低、生物相容性好、美观等优点,能改善患者生活质量,且对牙龈组织影响小。
Objective To investigate the effects of glass fiber pile combined with zirconia porcelain crown on repair success and quality of life in elderly patients with anterior teeth defects.Methods From October 2014 to December 2016,selected 64 elderly patients(148 teeth)with anterior teeth defects in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(32 cases with 73 teeth)and observation group(32 cases with 75 teeth).The control group was given cast pile cobalt chrome porcelain crown repair,the observation group was given glass fiber pile combined with zirconia all porcelain crown repair.Repair success rate of the two groups,gingival crevicular fluid(GCF),alkaline phosphatase(ALP)levels and quality of life scores before and 4 weeks after repair were statistically compared.Results The repair success rate of the observation group 96.00%(72/75)was higher than that of the control group(93.15%,68/73),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);There was no significant difference in the ALP and GCF levels between the two groups before repair(P>0.05),but 4 weeks after repair,the observation group was significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the SF-36 scores between the two groups before repair(P>0.05),but 4 weeks after repair,the observation group was significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Repairing of elderly patients with anterior teeth defects using glass fiber pile combined with zirconia porcelain crown gets a significant effect,which has the advantages of low risk of root loss,good biocompatibility and aesthetics and so on,it can improve the quality of life and little effect on gingival tissue.
