摘要
当今经济发展迅速,建筑工程施工技术水平也在稳步上升,但是建筑行业仍面临着人工砌墙效率低、劳动强度大、建筑工作条件恶劣等问题,基于此,设计了一种由机器人实现的自动砌墙系统。阐述了自动砌墙系统的工作原理,对自动砌墙系统的搬运垒砖装置、输送砖头装置、抹泥装置和机械手等进行了设计,对自动砌墙系统的工作站进行布局和模型的构建,对自动砌墙系统进行程序编制,通过ABB RobotStudio软件构建了自动砌墙系统的仿真模型,模拟了自动砌墙过程,验证了自动砌墙系统设计的合理性,为砌墙系统的制造提供了较好的依据。
Nowadays,with the rapid economic development,the technical level of construction engineering is also rising steadily.However,the construction industry still faces problems such as low efficiency of manual wall construction,high labor intensity,and poor construction working conditions.Based on this,an automatic wall building system realized by robot is designed.The robot end effector manipulator is designed with UG software and imported into robot studio.The working principle of automatic wall-laying system is explained.And the brick-handling device,brick-conveying device,plastering device and manipulator are designed,The workstation layout and model construction of automatic wall-laying system are carried out.The automatic wall building system is programmed.The simulation model of the automatic wall building system is constructed through ABB robotstudio software,the automatic wall building process is simulated,the rationality of the design of the automatic wall building system is verified,and a good basis is provided for the manufacture of the wall building system.
