摘要
当前乡村人才队伍存在人口空心化、专业不对口等问题。作为办学与就业具有显著“地方性”特征的职业教育,应以服务乡村振兴战略为出发点和立脚点,并从三个方面加强人才培养,一是坚持以社会主义核心价值观为引领,强化家国情怀和社会担当,培养面向农村的人才;二是找准办学方向,明确目标定位,办地方特色专业;三是构建纵向贯通、横向融通的现代职业教育体系,培养现代农业生产生活需要的优质人才。
At present,there are some problems in the rural talent team,such as hollow population,professional mismatch and so on.As a vocational education with remarkable"local"characteristics of running a school and in employment,we should take serving the Rural Revitalization Strategy as the starting point and foothold,and strengthen talent training from three aspects:First,adhere to the socialist core values as the guide,strengthen the feelings of home and country and social responsibility,and cultivate rural oriented talents;Second,find out the direction of running a school,clarify the target orientation,and run local specialty;Third,build a vertical and horizontal modern vocational education system to cultivate high-quality talents needed by modern agricultural production and life.
