摘要
水资源脆弱性是区域水安全的重要度量方式,基于VSD(Vulnerability Scoping Diagram)评价框架构建了水资源脆弱性评估体系,采用SERV模型(Spatially Explicit Resilience-Vulnerability model)定量评价河南省水资源系统脆弱性并分析其空间分异特征。结果表明:水资源系统脆弱性是水资源暴露度、敏感性、适应能力三者相互影响和综合作用的结果;河南省水资源系统暴露度总体呈上升趋势且呈“东北高、西南低”的空间格局特征;敏感性时序上无明显变化,空间上呈“北高南低”的空间格局特征;适应能力总体呈上升趋势且呈“东南低、西北中高”的空间格局特征;脆弱性总体呈上升趋势且呈“东北高、西南低、分界最低”的空间格局特征。
The vulnerability of water resource system is an important measure of regional water security.Based on the evaluation framework of Vulnerability Scoping Diagram(VSD),an evaluation index system of the vulnerability of water resource system is constructed.The Spatially Explicit Resilience-Vulnerability Model(SERV)is used to quantitatively evaluate the vulnerability of water resource system in Henan Province and analyze its spatial differentiation characteristics.The results are as follows.The vulnerability of water resources system is the result of the interaction and comprehensive action of water resources exposure,sensitivity and adaptability.The overall exposure of water resources system in Henan Province shows an upward trend,and shows the spatial pattern characteristics of″high in northeast and low in southwest″.There is no obvious change in the sensitivity time series,and it is characterized by a spatial pattern of″high in the north and low in the south″.The adaptability presents an upward trend with the spatial pattern characteristics of″low in the southeast and medium high in the northwest″.The vulnerability generally shows an upward trend and is characterized by a spatial pattern of″high in the northeast,low in the southwest and the lowest in theboundary″.
