摘要
目的探讨对烧烫伤创面患者采用复方雪莲烧伤膏+纳米银敷料进行治疗后的临床效果。方法便利选取2018年1月—2020年12月收治的68例烧烫伤创面患者进行治疗研究,随机分为参照组(采用传统磺胺嘧啶银进行外涂治疗)和研究组(采用复方雪莲烧伤膏+纳米银敷料进行外涂治疗),各34例;比较两组患者痊愈率、创面愈合时间、住院天数、瘢痕发生率、创面感染率、创面渗液量、不同时间发热比例以及治疗满意度(治疗态度、治疗技术、治疗效果、达到预期目标)评分。结果研究组痊愈率(94.12%)高于参照组(64.71%),两组对比差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.994,P<0.05);研究组创面愈合时间(14.29±2.55)d、住院天数(16.19±3.89)d均短于参照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义(t=6.666、8.798,P<0.05);研究组瘢痕发生率、创面感染率均低于参照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=13.527、5.314,P<0.05);研究组创面少量渗出液比例高于参照组,大量渗出液比例低于参照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.227、5.100,P<0.05);研究组中量渗出液比例同参照组比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.208,P>0.05);研究组不同时间发热比例均低于参照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.503、7.432、7.503,P<0.05);研究组治疗态度(90.23±2.25)分、治疗技术(91.13±3.25)分、治疗效果(90.59±4.25)分、达到预期目标(90.33±5.33)分均高于参照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义(t=18.389、10.875、9.133、7.484,P<0.05)。结论复方雪莲烧伤膏+纳米银敷料有效应用后,观察患者痊愈率、创面愈合时间、住院天数、瘢痕发生率、创面感染率、创面渗液量、不同时间发热比例以及治疗满意度获得显著改善,可促进烧烫伤创面患者总体治疗水平、预后水平显著提升。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of using compound snow lotus burn ointment+nano silver dressing on patients with burns and scalds.Methods A total of 68 patients with burns and scalds who were admitted from January 2018 to December 2020 were conveniently selected for treatment research.They were randomly divided into the reference group(using traditional silver sulfadiazine for external application treatment)and the study group(using compound snow lotus burn ointment+nano silver dressing for external application treatment),with 34 cases in each.Compared the two groups of patients'recovery rate,wound healing time,hospitalization days,scar incidence,wound infection rate,wound exudate volume,proportion of fever at different times,and treatment satisfaction(treatment attitude,treatment technique,treatment effect,achievement of expected goals)scores.Results The recovery rate of the study group(94.12%)was higher than that of the reference group(64.71%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.994,P<0.05).The wound healing time in the study group was(14.29±2.55)d and the hospital stay(16.19±3.89)d were shorter than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.666,8.798,P<0.05).The scar incidence and wound infection rate in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=13.527,5.314,P<0.05).The proportion of a small amount of exudate from the wound in the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the proportion of a large amount of exudate was lower than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.227,5.100,P<0.05).Compared with the reference group,the proportion of exudate in the study group did not show a significant difference,the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=1.208,P>0.05).The proportion of fever in the study group at different times was lower than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.503,7.432,7.503,P<0.05).The scores of treatment attitude(90.23±2.25)points,treatment technique(91.13±3.25)points,treatment effect(90.59±4.25)points,and achievement of the expected goal(90.33±5.33)points score of the study group were all higher than those of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(t=18.389,10.875,9.133,7.484,P<0.05).Conclusion After the effective application of compound Xuelian burn ointment+nano-silver dressing,the patient's recovery rate,wound healing time,hospitalization days,scar incidence,wound infection rate,wound exudate volume,fever ratio at different times,and treatment satisfaction were observed,and significant improvement was achieved,which can promote the overall treatment and prognosis of patients with burns and scalds.
