摘要
目的:研究急诊烧烫伤患者实施冷疗的价值。方法:纳入笔者所在医院2017年1月-2019年2月接收的急诊烧烫伤患者68例作为研究对象,以硬币投掷法将其分为试验组(n=34)与对照组(n=34)。试验组实施冷疗处理,对照组实施常规处理。比较两组患者疼痛情况、临床总有效率、炎症因子水平(CRP、IL-6)、临床指标(治疗费用、创面渗出消失时间)。结果:试验组疼痛发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组各炎症因子水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗费用、创面渗出消失时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急诊烧烫伤患者实施冷疗的价值显著,不仅可缩短创面渗液消失时间,又可降低疼痛发生率,缓解机体炎症状态。
Objective: To study the value of cold therapy in emergency burn and scald patients. Method: A total of 68 cases of emergency burn and scald patients received in our hospital from January 2017 to February 2019 were included as the study objects. They were divided into the experimental group(n=34) and the control group(n=34) by coin toss method. The experimental group was treated with cold therapy and the control group was treated with routine therapy. The pain situation, total clinical effective rate, level of inflammatory factors(CRP, IL-6), and clinical indicators(treatment cost, time of disappearance of wound exudation) were compared between the two groups. Result: The incidence of pain in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The levels of inflammatory factors in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The treatment cost and the time of disappearance of wound exudation in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The value of cold therapy in emergency burn and scald patients is significant. It can not only shorten the time of disappearance of wound exudation, but also reduce the incidence of pain and alleviate the state of inflammation.
