摘要
目的观察六味地黄汤结合小柴胡汤加减治疗对围绝经期综合征患者临床症状的改善作用。方法选择本院2018年10月至2020年10月接收的围绝经期综合征患者110例,随机分成观察组与对照组,各55例,对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在此基础上应用六味地黄汤结合小柴胡汤加减治疗,观察治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组KMI评分、中医症候评分、激素水平无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率、E2高于对照组,KMI评分、中医症候评分,FSH、LH水平低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论临床应用六味地黄汤结合小柴胡汤加减治疗围绝经期综合征患者时,可显著改善临床症状,提高激素水平,促进疾病康复。
Objective To observe the effect of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction combined with Xiaochaihu Decoction on the improvement of clinical symptoms of patients with perimenopausal syndrome. Methods 110 cases of perimenopausal syndrome patients admitted by our hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 55 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the observation group was treated with Liuwei Dihuang Decoction combined with Xiaochaihu Decoction on the basis of the treatment, and the treatment effect was observed. Results Before treatment, there were no significant differences in KMI score, TCM syndrome score and hormone level between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the total effective rate and E2 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the levels of KMI score, TCM syndrome score, FSH and LH in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical application of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction combined with Xiaochaihu Decoction in the treatment of patients with perimenopausal syndrome can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, increase the hormone level, and promote the recovery of the disease.
