摘要
针对高钙钒渣钙含量高、提钒过程钒转浸率低、难以直接利用的问题,结合钒渣提钒理论分析及原料特性,提出了高钙钒渣与普通钒渣混合焙烧提钒的技术路线,并对影响钒转化效果的关键工艺参数进行了研究,结果表明:高钙钒渣中的钙在焙烧过程中具有活性,与普通钒渣混合焙烧时,能参与反应生成钒酸钙,混合钒渣的钙钒比应控制为0.42~0.62;在较优的焙烧工艺参数下,钒转化率可达到94.43%。
Aiming at the problems of high calcium content vanadium slag,low vanadium transfer leaching rate in the process of vanadium extraction and the difficulty in direct utilization,the technical route for vanadium extraction by mixed roasting with high calcium vanadium slag and common vanadium slag was put forward,combined with theoretical analysis of vanadium extraction from vanadium slag and raw material characteristics.The key technological parameters affecting the vanadium conversion effect were studied.The results show that the calcium in high calcium vanadium slag is active in the roasting process,which can participate in the reaction to form calcium vanadate when it is mixed with common vanadium slag.The ratio of calcium to vanadate in mixed vanadium slag should be controlled to be 0.42〜0.62.Under the optimal roasting process parameters,the vanadium conversion rate can reach 94.43%.
