摘要
文章考察了焙烧温度、焙烧时间、添加剂种类、添加剂与矿样配比及焙烧气氛对钒浸出率的影响。试验发现,适合湖南石煤焙烧阶段的最佳工艺条件为:焙烧温度900℃、焙烧时间3 h、W石煤矿样/WCaCO3=100/10,钒的浸出率可达83%。
Some influence factors, such as roasting temperature, time, proportion of calcium carbonate which is contained in the mineral and atmosphere on leaching rate of Vanadium, are investigated. Experiment results show that the best roast conditions for Stone Coal at Hunan are as follows: the roast temperature is about 900 ℃, the roast time is about 3 h and the proportion of calcium carbonate which is contained in the mineral is 10 to 100. The leaching rate can be reached to 83 %.
