摘要
目的:探析头颈部动脉CTA与CT冠状动脉一站式联合扫描技术的临床价值。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年5月于南京市高淳人民医院就诊的心血管疾病患者80例为研究对象,按照随机抽样法分为两组,其中39例为对照组,41例为试验组。给予对照组单独CTA扫描,试验组进行头颈部动脉CTA与CT冠状动脉一站式联合扫描,统计比较两组诊断准确性、图像质量、对比剂用量。结果:试验组诊断正确率、灵敏度、特异度显著高于对照组,对比剂用量显著少于对照组(P<0.05);两组图像质量主观评分差异不具统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组信噪比(SNR)、对比度噪声比(CNR)对比差异不具统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在临床疾病诊断中,头颈部动脉CTA与CT冠状动脉一站式联合扫描技术的应用价值非常高。
Objective To explore the clinical value of head and neck artery CTA combined with CT coronary artery scanning technology.Methods Taking 80 patients with cardiovascular diseases treated in Nanjing Gaochun people's hospital from January 2020 to May 2021 as the research objects,According to the random sampling method,they were divided into two groups,of which 39 cases were the control group and 41 cases were the experimental group.The control group was given CTA scanning alone,and the experimental group received head and neck artery CTA and CT one-stop combined coronary artery scanning.The two groups were statistically compared with diagnostic accuracy,image quality,and contrast agent dosage as observation indicators.Results The diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity,and specificity of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the amount of contrast agent was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in subjective score of image quality between the two groups(P>0.05).The difference in signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)and contrast-tonoise ratio(CNR)between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of disease,the application value of head and neck artery CTA and CT coronary artery one-stop scanning technology is very high.
