摘要
文章基于1998—2019年中国30个省份的面板数据,通过基准模型估计、异质性分析以及空间面板模型的估计,系统考察了科技创新对低碳经济的影响。研究结果显示:总体来看,科技创新会显著促进低碳经济的发展;降低能耗是科技创新影响低碳经济的重要机制;以秦岭—淮河为界对比来看,北方地区相较于南方地区来说,科技创新对低碳经济的刺激作用更大;伴随着低碳经济的发展,科技创新对低碳经济的促进作用总体呈下降趋势;另外,其他地区的科技创新会对本地区低碳经济产生正向溢出效应。最后,根据上述研究结论,文章提出可行的政策建议。
Based on the panel data of 30 regions in China from 1998 to 2019,this paper systematically examines the impact of technological innovation on the low-carbon economy through benchmark model estimation,heterogeneity analysis,and spatial panel model estimation.The results of the study show that:Overall,technological innovation will significantly promote the development of a low-carbon economy;Reducing energy consumption is an important mechanism for technological innovation to affect the low-carbon economy;Compared with the southern region,technological innovation in the northern region has a greater stimulus effect on the low-carbon economy;With the development of low-carbon economy,the role of technological innovation in promoting low-carbon economy is generally on a downward trend;In addition,technological innovation in other regions will have a positive spillover effect on the region’s low-carbon economy.Finally,based on the above research conclusions,this article puts forward some feasible policy recommendations.
