摘要
长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)是一种高度保守的非编码RNA(non-coding RNA,ncRNA),其长度大于200个核苷酸,研究发现lncRNA与转录调控、转录后调控以及表观调控等密切相关,从而参与心血管生理及病理生理的调节。本文总结了目前关于循环lncRNA生物学特性以及lncRNA作为心血管疾病潜在生物标记物的价值和治疗方法的未来前景。
Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA,>200 nucleotides)is a class of highly conserved noncoding RNA,many studies have found that lncRNA play a key role in transcriptional and posttranscriptional regulation as well as chromatin modification,indicating that lncRNA is important in the development of cardiovascular disease.This article reviews the biological characteristics of circulating lncRNA and the relationship between lncRNA and cardiovascular diseases,including atherosclerosis,myocardial infarction,heart failure,cardiac hypertrophy,hypertension and arrhythmia.
