妊娠期高血压疾病与子代心血管疾病关系研究进展被引量：14

摘要妊娠期高血压疾病(HDP)是一种常见的妊娠期并发症,目前诸多研究显示,HDP不仅对母亲,还对子代造成长期的健康影响。暴露于HDP的子代患高血压、先天性心脏病等心血管疾病的风险更高,但目前确切的发病机制仍未被彻底阐明。本文旨在回顾HDP对子代心血管系统影响的流行病学证据及相关机制的研究,为进一步研究HDP与子代心血管疾病的关系提供思路,帮助对子痫前期子代进行有效的临床管理及早期干预。
