摘要
通过对Process Simulation软件应用于仿真风电行业装配工艺过程的分析和研究,阐述了本公司建设工艺仿真能力的基本流程,在此基础上进一步探讨了加强工艺仿真能力建设的方式方法,着重于构建加强工艺仿真能力建设的复用流程,致力于工艺仿真能力的标准化建设,使得工艺仿真能够有效助推设计、工艺、制造一体的数字化双胞胎和智能制造的快速实现。
Through the analysis and research on the application of Process Simulation software to simulate the assembly process of wind power industry,this paper expounds the basic process of building process simulation capability and tries to find a better method to strengthen the building of process simulation capability.By constructing a reuse process to standardize the process of process simulation,boosting the rapid realization of digital twins and intelligent manufacturing.
