考虑舒适度的寒冷山地大型冬季活动交通评价

摘要 寒冷山地条件下气候状况不佳,影响人们正常出行游玩。为熟悉并提升观众在寒冷山地大型冬季活动中的游玩舒适度,通过问卷调查,得出大型冬季活动观众在时间和空间上的心理阈值。当排队和步行时间小于20 min、交通工具运输时间小于30 min、户外观赛时间小于2 h时,人均排队空间、步行空间应分别大于0.28 m 2·人-1和2.23 m 2·人-1。建立基于寒冷指数下的时间和空间舒适度阶梯评价模型,将排队时间、步行时间、交通工具运输时间分别划分为优、良、中、差四个等级,人均排队空间、步行空间、车内空间可划分为优、良、差三个等级。以北京2022年冬奥会延庆赛区为案例进行评价,通过缩短巴士发车间隔、增加临时停车位等措施提高舒适度,达到良好及以上等级。结果表明,通过舒适度阶梯评价能有效改善人们大型冬季活动中的游玩舒适度。 People s normal travel and play will be affected,due to the poor weather conditions under the cold mountain conditions.In order to improve the comfort of the audience in large-scale winter-activities in the cold mountains,through questionnaire surveys,the psychological thresholds of time and space for the audience in large-scale winter events are obtained.Queuing and walking time is less than 20min,transportation time is less than 30min,outdoor watching time is less than 2h,per capita queuing space and walking space should be greater than 0.28 m 2 and 2.23 m 2 respectively.This paper establishes a time and space comfort level evaluation model based on the cold index,and divides the queue time,walking time,and transportation time into four levels:excellent,good,medium,and poor,respectively.Per capita queuing space,walking space,and car space are divided.There are three grades:excellent,good,and poor.Taking the Yanqing competition area of the Beijing Winter Olympics as a case for evaluation,measures such as shortening the bus departure interval and increasing temporary parking spaces to improve the comfort level and make it reach a good level and above.The result shows that through the comfort level evaluation,people can effectively improve the comfort of people playing in large-scale winter activities.
