摘要
为保障大型活动举办期间场馆进出场交通的高效安全,确保活动顺利举办,对大型活动交通组织管理关键技术进行研究。以2020年在上海市浦东足球场举办的英雄联盟S10全球总决赛为例,通过对现场观众出行需求、周边配套停车设施以及公共交通设施容量的分析,从交通管控、空间布局、交通组织及流线设计等方面提出交通组织方案,指出“公共交通为主、出租及共享单车适量有序、社会车辆禁行”的组织原则。结果表明,交通组织管理方法成功解决了新建场馆在公共交通配套不完善的情况下举办大型活动的交通组织难题,为今后举办大型活动的交通组织提供借鉴。
In order to ensure the safety and efficiency pf spectators'arrival and departure during large special events,and to ensure successfully held events,key technology of traffic management was studied.Taking the S10 league of legends world championship held at the new football stadium in Shanghai Pudong,in 2020 as an example,traffic organization measure was proposed through analysis of the travel demand of spectators,capacity of surrounding supporting parking and public transport facilities,and it included formulating and implementing traffic control,spatial layout,traffic organization and streamline design etc.Traffic organization methods were based on principles that public transport as the main task,proper and orderly sharing bicycles and taxis,and prohibition of personal vehicles.It was concluded that traffic management and organization methods successfully solved the problem of large special events held in new venues without public transport facilities,providing reference for traffic management and organization of large special events in the future.
