摘要
文章借鉴中医传统文化的医德思想,探讨了医德的内涵,分析“大医精诚”和“仁心仁德”的医德核心,阐述中医医德思想对现代医德教育的启示,并具体分析医学本质、医德关系和医德评价这3个主题和潜心研习与一丝不苟这2个思维品质。最后结合马斯洛的需求层次理论,提出医德教育中需要重视学生需要的逐层实现和高层次需要的实现。
This article draws lessons from the medical ethics thought in traditional culture of Chinese medicine.Firstly,it discusses the connotation of medical ethics,and analyzes the core of medical ethics,that is sincerity and benevolence.Secondly,it expounds the enlightenment of Chinese medical ethics on modern medical ethics education.That is to discuss the three themes,medical essence,relationship of medical ethics and evaluation of medical ethics,and the two thinking qualities,painstaking study and meticulous attention.Finally,it combined with Maslow’s needs hierarchical theory and puts forward the students’needs in medical ethics need to come true step by step and attaches importance to their high-level needs.
