摘要
随着现代交通运输的发展,其养护要求也日益提高。长期所采用的必要性养护维修方式已经不能完全适应现代交通基础设施运营和管理的需要,预防性养护是一种转变被动性养护为主动性养护的有效方法。首先,基于某地区国省干线典型公路桥梁需求,通过引入超载系数和分层次评定法,给出了考虑交通强度影响的桥梁预防性养护病害确定方法。其次,建立了桥梁技术状况退化模型,并依据某地区长期监测数据确定了退化模型参数取值。此外,给出了4种不同的周期性预防性养护策略,推导了4种不同周期性预防性养护策略下桥梁技术状况退化预测表达式。最后,开展了桥梁全寿命周期预防性养护费用分析,建立了预防性养护的开始时间和间隔时间优化模型。在上述基础上,以某国道公路桥梁为例,进行了工程案例分析,给出了预防性养护方案。研究结果表明,预防性养护不但可以提高桥梁结构的技术状况,而且能够减缓劣化的速率,从很大程度上延缓桥梁由2类桥进入3类桥的时间。相比于传统的矫正性养护,预防性养护在经济效益和社会效益方面都有着明显的优势。
With the development of modern transportation,its maintenance requirements are also increasing.The traditional necessary maintenance method can't fully meet the needs of modern transportation infrastructure operation and management.Preventive maintenance is an effective method to change passive maintenance into active maintenance.Firstly,based on the demand of typical national and provincial highway bridges in a region,by introducing overload coefficient and hierarchical evaluation method,the method of determining preventive maintenance diseases of bridges considering the influence of traffic volume was given.Secondly,the degradation model of bridge technical condition was established,and the parameters of the degradation model were determined according to the long-term monitoring data of a region.Thirdly,four different periodic preventive maintenance strategies were given,and the prediction expressions of bridge technical condition degradation under four different periodic preventive maintenance strategies were derived.Finally,the cost analysis of preventive maintenance in the whole life cycle of bridge was carried out,and the start time and interval of preventive maintenance were optimized.On the basis of the above,by taking a national highway bridge as an example,the project case analysis was carried out,and the preventive maintenance scheme was given.Results showed that preventive maintenance not only improved the technical condition of bridge structure,but also slowed down the deterioration rate,and delayed the time of bridge from class 2 to class 3 to a great extent.Compared with the traditional corrective maintenance,preventive maintenance has obvious advantages in economic and social benefits.
