摘要
在老龄化程度日趋加深、老年人学习热情日渐高涨的社会背景下,老年学习共同体具有坚实的理论支撑与切实的现实依据,成为能够满足老年人学习需求、整合学习资源、提升学习质量的有效方式,逐渐得到老年学习者的青睐,并在教育、学习实践中不断得到完善与发展。老年学习共同体具有养老自主性、社会交互性、互助社区性与老年生命性等特征,可以从加强核心成员的能力建设、培育发展团体或互助小组、积极倡导共同性学习行为以及提供适切完备的政策保障四个方面探讨构建老年学习共同体的可行路径,以期帮助老年人群实现心中对美好生活的真切向往,并助力我国学习型城市建设的稳步推进。
Under the social background of deepening the degree of aging and increasing learning enthusiasm of the elderly,the learning community for the elderly with theoretical support and practical basis can play a role in meeting the learning needs of the elderly,integrating learning resources,and improving the quality of learning.It has gradually been favored by the elderly,and has been continuously improved and developed in education and learning practice.The learning community for the elderly has the characteristics of endowment autonomy,social interaction,community mutual aid and the life of the elderly.It can explore the feasible path to construct the learning community for the elderly from four aspects of strengthening the capacity construction of core members,cultivating development groups or mutual aid groups,actively advocating common learning behaviors,and providing appropriate and complete policy guarantee,so as to help the elderly realize their true yearning for a better life in their hearts,and help the steady progress of the construction of a learning city in China.
