摘要
目的:基于吴鞠通《温病条辨·上焦篇》一书分析温疫用药中温热类方药和湿热类方药的规律特点。方法:以《温病条辨·上焦篇》为着手点,结合“温邪上受,首先犯肺”剖析温疫与肺的关系,并利用频数统计法进行整理归纳。结果:《温病条辨·上焦篇》选用药物质地清轻宣透、气味轻薄,选用药物用量较轻,煎药时间宜短。结论:《温病条辨·上焦篇》遵循“治上焦如羽,非轻不举”的原则。
Objective To analyze the regular characteristics of warm and damp-heat prescriptions in plague medication based on Wu Jutong's book WenBing Tiao Bian·upper-jiao.Methods Taking Wenbing Tiao Bian·upper-jiao as the starting point,combined with“warming evil to suffer first,invading the lung”and to analyze the relationship between pestilence and lung,and the frequency statistics method is used to sort out and summarize.Results The Wenbing Tiao Bian·upper-jiao selects drugs with light texture,clear and transparent odor,light dosage of drugs,and short decoction time.Conclusion The WenBing Tiao Bian·upper-jiao follows the principle of“Treat the upper energizer like a feather”.
