摘要
近年来高职院校积极探索国际化发展,但发展水平不均衡。基于学校资源角度对江西省三所高职院校资源禀赋的现状进行分析,发现自然资源、制度资源、关系资源、认知资源和文化资源的丰富与匮乏是影响高职院校国际化发展水平的重要因素。为此从以上五个角度提出提高高职院校资源禀赋竞争力的建议,以期提高高职院校国际化发展水平,促进我国职业教育国际化发展。
in recent years,vocational colleges actively explore the development of internationalization,but the level of development is not balanced.From the perspective of school resources,this paper analyzes the present situation of resource endowment of three vocational colleges in Jiangxi province,and finds that the abundance and scarcity of natural resources,institutional resources,relational resources,cognitive resources and cultural resources are important factors affecting the internationalization development level of vocational colleges.Therefore,suggestions are put forward from the above five perspectives to improve the competitiveness of resource endowment of vocational colleges in order to improve the level of international development and promote the development of internationalization of vocational education in China.
