摘要
目的:构建我国口腔执业助理医师岗位胜任力模型,为口腔执业助理医师的培养与考核提供参考。方法:采用团体焦点访谈和德尔菲专家咨询法,进行了5场团体访谈,并对29名专家展开两轮问卷调查。结果:研究初步构建了一套科学全面的口腔执业助理医师岗位胜任力模型,包括临床技能和医疗服务、医学知识与终身学习能力等7个一级指标和50个二级指标。结论:该岗位胜任力模型具有一定的可靠性和科学性,能为口腔执业助理医师的准入、培养和考核过程提供参考依据。
Objective:To establish the post competency model for assistant dentists in China,so as to provide references for the training and assessment of assistant dentists.Methods:Using the focus group discussions and Delphi method,five group interviews were conducted,and two rounds of questionnaire survey were conducted on 29 experts.Results:A scientific and comprehensive post competency model of assistant dentists was preliminarily constructed and included 7 ability levels and 50 indicators,such as clinical skills,medical services,medical knowledge and lifelong learning ability.Conclusion:The post competency model is reliable and scientific,which can provide references for the process of admission,training and assessment of assistant dentists.
