摘要
目的探索武警基层指挥士官胜任特征。方法采用行为事件访谈法,对80名基层指挥士官(40名优秀上官,40名普通士官)进行访谈,访谈结果经过编码后,对胜任特征出现的频次、平均等级分数以及最高等级分数进行差异比较。结果平均等级分数与最高等级分数显示:基层指挥士官胜任特征有责任心、成就动机、自我控制、沟通能力、组织承诺以及归纳总结等特征。结论根据该胜任特征可以为基层指挥士官的选拔与培训提供科学的理论依据。
Objective The Purpose of this dissertation is to explore the competency traits of soldier commander in Chinese People's Armed Police Forces. Methods Behavior event interview was used in this study. 80 soldier commanders were interviewed, include 40 excellent soldier commander and other 40 ordinate, code and analysis the contents of interview. Result average grade scores and highest grade scores maintain excellent soldier commander own responsibility, achievement motivation , self - control, communication ability, organization commitment and conceptual thinking. Conclusion According to the conclusions,we can propose scientific suggestion for prospective soldier commanders' selections, placement and training.
