摘要
近年来卵巢早衰(premature ovarian failure, POF)的发病率呈上升趋势,且其病因复杂,治疗棘手,因此受到国内外学者的广泛关注。为进一步研究POF的发生发展机制,探讨更好的治疗方案,构建可靠的POF动物模型至关重要。本文将回顾分析近五年国内外专家学者在构建POF小鼠模型的方法,进行综述。比较各种建模方法的优势、不足及与临床的相关性,旨在为POF的临床诊治及基础研究提供理论依据。
In recent years, the incidence of premature ovarian failure(POF) has been increasing. Because of its complex etiology and difficult treatment, POF has attracted wide attention from scholars at home and overseas. To study the occurrence and development of POF, and to find better treatment options, it is essential to construct a reliable animal model of POF. This review will discuss and analyze the method used to construct POF mouse models by domestic and foreign investigators in the past five years. Furthermore, we will compare the advantages, disadvantages and clinical relevance of various modeling method, which aim to provide new insights into the basic scientific understanding and clinical diagnosis and treatment of POF.
