摘要
目的研究全面护理干预应用在脑部肿瘤术后患者护理中的护理效果。方法选取我院2019年3月至2021年1月收治的190例脑部肿瘤患者,利用随机数字表法进行分组,每组90例。常规组行常规护理,全面干预组在常规组基础上予以全面护理干预,比较两组患者术后并发症发生情况、生活质量[生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)]、负性情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、依从性及满意度。结果全面干预组并发症发生率低于常规组(P<0.05);全面干预组物质、躯体、社会、心理评分显著高于常规组(P<0.05);全面干预组SAS、SDS评分显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。全面干预组护理依从性高于常规组(P<0.05)。全面干预组满意度高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论在脑部肿瘤术后患者的护理工作中落实全面护理干预可有效提高患者的生活质量,改善其负性情绪,提高护理依从性与护理满意度,同时减少术后并发症的发生。
Objective To study the nursing effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients after brain tumor surgery.Methods Select 190 brain tumor patients admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to January 2021,and use the random number table method to implement the grouping,90 cases in each group.Routine nursing was performed in the routine group,and the comprehensive intervention group was provided with comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the routine group.The postoperative complications,quality of life(GQOLI-74),negative emotion(SAS,SDS),compliance and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the comprehensive intervention group was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05);the physical,physical,social,and psychological scores of the comprehensive intervention group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05);the SAS and SDS scores of the comprehensive intervention group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The nursing compliance of the comprehensive intervention group was higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the comprehensive intervention group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing work of patients with brain tumor surgery can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,improve their negative emotions,improve nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction,and reduce postoperative complications.
