摘要
目的:探讨临床护理路径(CNP)模式下的协同护理干预对缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者的影响。方法:选取郑州大学第一附属医院2018年8月—2020年8月收治的95例缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者作为研究对象,按照入院顺序不同分为CNP组48例和对照组47例。CNP组采用CNP模式下的协同护理干预,对照组予以常规护理干预。比较两组遵医行为、干预前后生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)评分、神经功能恢复情况(NIHSS)及日常生活能力(Barthel)。结果:CNP组遵医率为95.83%(46/48)高于对照组的74.47%(35/47),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.627,P<0.05),干预后CNP组GQOLI-74评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.021、7.557、7.788、7.772,P<0.05),干预后CNP组NIHSS评分低于对照组,Barthel评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=0.832、6.341、1.109、15.986,P<0.05)。结论:CNP模式下的协同护理干预能提高缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者遵医率,改善其生活质量及日常生活能力,同时还能促进患者神经功能恢复。
Objective: To explore the effect of cooperative nursing intervention under the clinical nursing pathway(CNP) mode on patients with ischemic stroke in the recovery period. Methods: From August 2018 to August 2020, 95 patients with ischemic stroke during the recovery period in the hospital were selected. According to the order of admission, they were divided into CNP group(48 cases) and control group(47 cases). The CNP group received cooperative nursing intervention under the CNP mode, and the control group received conventional nursing intervention. The compliance behavior, GQOLI-74 score before and after intervention, neurological function recovery(NIHSS) and ability of daily living(Barthel) were compared between the two groups. Results:The compliance rate of CNP group was 95.83%(46/48), which was higher than 74.47%(35/47) in the control group, with statistically significant difference(χ;=8.627, P<0.05). The GQOLI-74 score of the CNP group after intervention was higher than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference(t=6.021, 7.557, 7.788, 7.772, P<0.05). After the intervention, the NIHSS score of the CNP group was lower than that of the control group, and the Barthel score was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(t=0.832, 6.341, 1.109, 15.986, P<0.05). Conclusion: Cooperative nursing intervention under the CNP mode can increase the compliance rate of patients with ischemic stroke in the recovery period, improve their quality of life and ability of daily living, and also promote the recovery of patients’ neurological function.
