摘要
文章以1995—2019年间我国13个省份31所旅游职业院校的619名旅游类专业毕业生作为研究对象,总结了旅游业人才素质特征,对旅游业人才素质养成的影响因素进行了层级分析,得出旅游业人才素质养成与旅游职业教育影响因素的内在关联。结果表明,旅游职业教育主要通过课程体系、实践经历、老师引导、朋辈影响、社会服务活动、学风与校风等六个方面影响旅游业人才素质特征的养成,这六个方面的旅游职业教育影响因素对单个具体的旅游业人才素质特征要素养成的重要性排序则各不相同。
This paper takes 619 tourism graduates from 31 tourism vocational colleges in 13 provinces of China from 1995 to 2019 as the research object,summarizes the quality characteristics of tourism talents,makes a hierarchical analysis of the factors influencing the cultivation of tourism talents'quality,uses the hierarchical analysis method to analyze the intrinsic relationship between the cultivation of tourism talents'quality and the factors of tourism vocational education,obtains the internal relationship between the cultivation of tourism talents'quality and the influencing factors of tourism vocational education.The results show that,tourism vocational education mainly influences the cultivation of the quality characteristics of tourism talents through six aspects:curriculum system,practical experience,teacher guidance,peer influence,social service activities,learning style and school spirit,however,the order of the importance of these six factors to the cultivation of a specific talent quality factor is different.
