摘要
法治化是优化营商环境过程中的重要一环,司法保障是推进营商环境法治化的必由之路。在国家科学顶层设计和最高人民法院各项政策的引领下,地方各级法院为法治化营商环境的推进提供了强有力的司法保障,并取得了显著成效。鉴于法治化营商环境的推进是个渐进过程,还需要从商事审判保障、民事审判保障和刑事审判保障三方面下足功夫,才能实现法治化营商环境之司法方案的全生命周期。
Legalization is a key link in optimizing the business environment.Judicial safeguard is the necessary path to promote a law-based business environment.With the guidance of the national top leadership’s design and myriad policies formulated by the Supreme People’s Court of the People’s Republic of China,courts of various levels provide strong judicial support for the promotion of the law-based business environment and have made si gnificant achievements.Given that it is a gradual process to promote a law-based business environment,commercial adjudication,civil adjudication,along with criminal adjudication should be safeguarded to deliver full life cycle judicial solutions for creating a law-based business environment.
