摘要
为解决援马尔代夫中马友谊大桥22号桥墩钢吊箱封底混凝土渗水问题,经现场勘察及有限元分析,考虑水下60m长高桩桥墩特点,对渗水原因进行分析,并提出防渗措施。研究结果表明,荷载作用、拉压杆和吊杆卸载影响、施工质量问题是引起渗水的主要原因。通过采取排水、拉压杆转换、加装支撑架、增加承台混凝土浇筑次数等防渗措施,进行渗水桥墩渗漏处理。通过采取在钢护筒周围底板上焊接竖向短钢筋,在横联上铺设钢筋网片等措施进行未下放桥墩渗漏处理。采取防渗措施后,解决了封底混凝土渗水问题,各桥墩均未出现渗水现象。
In order to solve the problem of water seepage of the bottom-sealed concrete of the steel suspension box of the No.22 pier of the China-Maldives Friendship Bridge in the Maldives,after site survey and finite element analysis,considering the characteristics of the 60 m long high-pile pier underwater,the reasons for water seepage were analyzed and anti-seepage measures were proposed.The research results show that the effects of load,the impact of unloading of tension and compression rods and booms,and construction quality problems are the main causes of water seepage.By adopting anti-seepage measures such as drainage,conversion of tension and compression rods,installation of supporting frames,and increasing the number of concrete pouring of the caps,the seepage treatment of the seepage bridge piers is carried out.Some measures are taken such as welding the vertical short reinforcement around the bottom plate of the steel casing and laying reinforced meshes to deal with the leakage of the bridge piers that have not been lowered.After the anti-seepage measures were taken,the water seepage problem of the bottom-sealed concrete was solved,and no water seepage occurred in each bridge pier.
