摘要
探索辅导员与专业教师协同,共同促进创新创业教育。通过系列措施保障学生科创实践,诸如清晰条块管理、成立科创工作室、协调负责科创工作统筹;引进科创相关讲座、带领学生外出参观行业、观摩及参加科创比赛等。通过辅导员与专业教师协同,全程指导学生参加创新创业实践,提升学生的创新思维、创新能力及创新创业的精神,从而提升学生综合素质,促使学生全面成才。
Explore the collaboration between counselors and professional teachers to jointly promote innovation and entrepreneurship education.Ensure students’ scientific innovation practice through a series of measures,such as clear management,establishment of scientific innovation studio,coordination and overall planning of scientific innovation work;Introduce lectures related to science and innovation,lead students to visit the industry,observe and participate in science and innovation competitions,etc.Through the cooperation of counselors and professional teachers,guide students to participate in innovation and entrepreneurship practice in the whole process,improve students’ innovative thinking,innovative ability and innovative and entrepreneurial spirit,so as to improve students’ comprehensive quality and promote students to become talents in an all-round way.
