摘要
目的探讨应用行为训练(ABA训练)联合童趣化干预在孤独症患儿中的应用及对家长心理应激的影响。方法选取2019年6月—2021年1月医院收治的孤独症患儿150例作为研究对象,按照组间基本特征匹配的原则分为对照组与观察组,各75例。对照组采用单一ABA训练干预,观察组采用ABA训练联合童趣化干预,比较干预前、干预3个月后两组患儿的孤独症行为量表(ABC)、孤独症评定量表(CARS)、孤独症治疗评估量表(ATEC)评分和家长心理应激情况。结果干预3个月后,观察组的ABC、CARS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);感觉/知觉、社交、健康/身体/行为、语言/言语/交流评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组家长焦虑(SAS)、抑郁(SDS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在孤独症患儿中采用ABA训练联合童趣化干预,能有效减轻患儿的孤独症症状,缓解家长心理应激反应。
Objective To study the clinical value of applied behavioral analysis training(ABA training)combined with childlike fun intervention on children with autism and the effect on parents'psychological stress.Methods From June 2019 to January 2021,150 children with autism were selected in the hospital as the research object and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of basic feature matching between groups,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with a single ABA trainning intervention,the observation group was treated with ABA training combined with childlike intervention.The scores of autism behavior scale(ABC),children's autism rating scale(CARS),autism treatment estimation scale(ATEC)and parents'psychological stress were compared between two groups before intervention and after 3 months intervention.Results After 3 months of intervention,the scores of ABC and CARS in the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of sensory/perception,social interaction,health/body/behavior,language/speech/communication in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of Self-rating depression scales(SAS)and depression(SDS)in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion ABA training combined with childlike fun intervention in children with autism could effectively reduce the symptoms of children with autism and alleviate parents'psychological stress response.
