摘要
                
                    为解决陆地汽车吊无法安装定位系统和解决传统扭王字块安装定位工艺精度差的问题,设计了单GPS接收机定位系统。即在起重设备的起重吊索上安装一台GPS接收机,利用两台全站仪呈90°两方向校核GPS接收机位置,使得接收机与起重设备的钩头和自动脱钩器中心处在同一铅垂线上。经实践检验,采用该工艺安装的扭王字块精度完全满足CLI专利公司(concrete layer innovations)的要求,可为类似工程提供借鉴。
                
                The positioning system with single GPS receiver is designed to solve the problem that the positioning system cannot be installed on truck crane and improve the positioning accuracy of accropode.A GPS receiver is mounted on the hoisting sling of lifting equipment,and then its position is checked with two total stations forming an angle of 90°.GPS receiver,the hook end of lifting equipment and the center of automatic hook release shall be on same plumb line.The testing results show that the placement precision of Accropode by using the above technology meets the requirement of CLI Company,and may serve as a reference for similar projects.
