长三角区域高质量发展水平的测度与时空演变

On the Measurement and Spatio-temporal Evolution of the High-quality Development Level of the Yangtze River Delta

摘要长三角区域的经济高质量发展,是中国融入全球化和实现区域经济一体化的需要。从创新效率、协调开放、绿色发展和共享发展四个维度,构建了测度长三角区域高质量发展水平的指标体系,并且基于2011—2018年长三角区域27个城市的宏观面板数据,分析长三角区域高质量发展水平的时空演变特征。结果显示:从空间分布上来看,沿海地区高质量发展水平高于内陆地区,以上海为中心的周边城市高质量发展水平高于其他城市;从时间分布上来看,长三角区域高质量发展水平总体呈现先平稳后上升趋势;从四大发展维度上显示,创新效率先下降后上升,协调开放、绿色发展、共享发展总体上呈上升趋势。 The high-quality economic development of the Yangtze River Delta is the need for China to integrate into globalization and achieve regional economic integration.This paper constructs an indicator system to measure the high-quality development level of the Yangtze River Delta region from four dimensions of innovation efficiency,coordinated opening,green development and shared development.Based on the macro panel data of 27 cities in this region from 2011 to 2018,it analyzes the temporal and spatial evolution characteristics of the regional high-quality development level.The results show that in terms of spatial distribution,the high-quality development level of coastal areas is higher than that of inland areas,and the high-quality development level of surrounding cities with Shanghai as the center is higher than that of other cities;in terms of time distribution,the level of high-quality development in the Yangtze River Delta region is generally stable and then rising;from the four major development dimensions,innovation efficiency first declines and then rises,and coordinated opening,green development,and shared development are generally on the rise.
