摘要
监狱民警培训工作对监狱事业的发展具有重要意义。实践中,监狱民警培训内容存在缺乏体系性,缺乏吸引力,对受训民警个性需求关注度不够等不足。为了弥补这种不足,需要引入"自助式"监狱民警培训内容。这部分培训内容的开展需要行动学习法作为支持。行动学习法用于监狱民警培训实践具有积极的意义。"自助式"监狱民警培训需要从内容和形式两个层面进行探索。
The prison police training is of great significance to the development of prison cause.In practice,there are some deficiencies in the prison police training,such as lack of systematization,lack of attraction,and insufficient attention to the individual needs of the trained police.In order to make up for this deficiency,we need to introduce"self-service"prison police training content.This part of the training needs to be supported by the action learning method.The action learning method is of positive significance in the training practice of prison police.The realization of"self-service"prison police training needs to be explored from two aspects:content and form.
