摘要
目的探讨高级别脑胶质瘤患者的肿瘤分区、肿瘤最大径与患者各项指标参数的相关性,免疫组化参数之间的内在联系,以及患者肿瘤复发时间的影响因素。方法分析2013年1月—2019年5月在徐州医科大学附属医院就诊的77例复发的脑胶质瘤患者临床资料,对数据进行统计分析,观察指标:性别、年龄、肿瘤分区、手术入路、肿瘤直径、病理级别、Ki-67、MGMT、IDH-1、P53。结果单因素Sperman相关性分析,IDH-1与病理级别相关系数为-0.424(P<0.001),Ki-67与P53相关系数为0.348(P<0.05),复发时间与年龄的相关系数为-0.200(P<0.05),与病理级别的相关系数为-0.451(P<0.001),与IDH-1的相关系数为0.685,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论年龄、IDH-1、病理级别均为复发时间的影响因素,并均为负相关,于此同时Ki67与P53两个免疫组化之间也存在正相关性。
Objective To investigate the correlation between tumor partition,tumor maximum diameter and various parameters of patients with high-grade glioma,the internal relationship between immunohistochemical parameters,and the influencing factors of tumor recurrence time.Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 77 patients with relapsed glioma who were in the affiliated hospital of Xuzhou medical university from January 2013 to May 2019.Statistical analysis of the data,observation indicators:gender,age,tumor zone,surgical approach,tumor diameter,pathological grade,Ki-67,MGMT,IDH-1,P53.Results In single-factor Sperman correlation analysis,the correlation coefficient between IDH-1 and pathological grade was -0.424(P<0.001),and the correlation coefficient between Ki-67 and P53 was 0.348(P<0.05).The correlation coefficient between recurrence time and age was -0.200(P<0.05),the correlation coefficient with pathological grade was -0.451(P<0.001),and the correlation coefficient with IDH-1 was 0.685(P<0.001).Conclusion Age,IDH-1,and pathological grade are all influencing factors of recurrence time,and they are all negatively correlated.At the same time,there is also a positive correlation between Ki67 and P53 immunohistochemistry.
