摘要
为了弥补天然染料色相不全的缺点,选用紫米提取液对羊毛织物进行染色,并对其各项色牢度进行测试。结果表明:采用超声法提取的紫米色素提取液得色率较常温浸提法高;采用后媒染色法染色,以Fe2+、Fe3+、Cu2+作为媒染剂可以提高紫米色素在羊毛织物上的染色深度,且改变了部分的色光;染色织物的各项色牢度良好。
In order to compensate for the drawback of natural dyes with incomplete hue, purple rice extract was used to dye wool fabric, and its color fastness was tested. The results showed that the color yield of purple rice pigment extract extracted by ultrasonic method was higher than that of normal temperature extraction method. Meantime, using post mordant dyeing and Fe2+, Fe3+and Cu2+as mordants, the dyeing depth of wool fabric could be increased and some shade can be changed. The color fastness of the dyed fabrics showed excellent results.
