摘要
针对生物质发电机组循环冷却水系统排污水成分复杂、水量大、硬度相对低等特点,采取节水措施后选用“NaOH-Na_(2)CO_(3)”软化预处理和超滤-反渗透膜法浓缩组合工艺进行深度处理和回用。工程应用结果表明,系统运行稳定,出水水质达到设计指标,满足循环冷却水系统排污水处理和回用要求。
In view of the characteristics of the effluent water from circulating cooling water system of biomass generator unit such as:complex component,large quantity,low hardness and so on,NaOH-NaCO_(3)softening pretreatment and ultrafiltration-reverse osmosis membrane concentration combined process was selected for its advanced treatment after adopting water-saving measures.The engineering application results showed that,the system ran stably,the effluent water quality reached the design indexes,which also met the quality requirement of circulating cooling water system and reuse.
