摘要
目的探讨芳香化湿汤外洗联合内服治疗小儿亚急性湿疹的临床疗效。方法将96例亚急性湿疹患儿按随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组,每组48例。两组均采用氯雷他定治疗,在此基础上,对照组采用芳香化湿汤外洗治疗,观察组采用芳香化湿汤外洗联合内服治疗,观察6周。比较治疗前后两组中医症候积分、特应性皮炎指数评分中症状评分及不良反应发生状况。结果治疗6周末两组中医症候总积分、主症积分、次症积分及特应性皮炎指数评分中症状评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01),观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。两组各种不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论芳香化湿汤外洗联合内服可有效改善亚急性湿疹患儿的中医症候及皮损症状,安全性高,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Fangxianghuashi decoction externally washing and orally taken in the treatment of infantile subacute eczema.Methods A total of 96 patients with subacute eczema were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with loratadine.On this basis,the control group was treated with Fangxianghuashi decoction externally washing,and the observation group was treated with Fangxianghuashi decoction externally washing combined with oral treatment foR6 weeks.The TCM syndrome score,the symptom score in scoring atopic dermatitis index(SCORAD)and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results At the end of 6 weeks after treatment,the total score of TCM symptoms,the score of main symptoms,the score of secondary symptoms and the symptom score in SCORAD of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The treatment of infantile subacute eczema with Fangxianghuashi decoction externally washing and orally taken can effectively improve the symptoms of TCM and skin lesions,with high safety and high clinical application value.
