摘要
介绍江杨清治疗湿疹的经验。认为湿疹的病因病机关键在于湿与热,故以清热利湿为法,以龙胆泻肝汤为主方。辨治重点在于根据皮损表现和症状,始终注意权衡热与湿的孰轻孰重,不论属何种证型,除湿利湿皆为治疗湿疹的关键,并根据具体的症情变化增减处方。
JIANG Yangqing′s experience in treating eczema was introduced.It is believed that the key of etiology and pathogenesis of eczema lies in dampness and heat.Therefore,clearing heat and draining dampness are the mainstay,and Longdan Xiegan Decoction(龙胆泻肝汤)is the main formula.The focus of treatment is to balance the severity of heat and dampness based on the appearance of skin lesions and symptoms.Regardless of the type of syndrome,weighing dampness and heat and draining dampness the key to treat eczema.Prescriptions should be modified according to the situation of the symptoms.
