摘要
新冠肺炎疫情期间,档案信息服务的开展迫切需要从传统利用到线上服务的转化。在此背景下,根据疫情期间暨南大学档案馆利用现状,通过研究用户需求和结合本馆实际,搭建了微信线上服务平台,并提出了规范档案平台利用制度、丰富高校档案信息化建设、推进电子印章开发使用、提高档案工作人员综合素养和重视与用户交流等方面的对策建议,以期为其他高校档案部门建设微信政务平台和做好线上利用服务提供一定的参考。
During the Covid-19 epidemic, the archives information service urgently needs to be transformed from traditional utilization to online service. In this context, based on the current situation of Jinan University Archives during the epidemic and combining users’ needs with the reality of the archives, this paper establishes a WeChat online service platform and proposes countermeasures such as standardizing archives platform utilization system, enriching the informatization construction of archives in universities, promoting the development and use of electronic seals, improving the comprehensive literacy of archival staff, and paying attention to communication with users, with a view to providing reference for other college archives departments to build a WeChat platform and provide online service.
