摘要
设计开发了两款甲醇发动机专用润滑油SN 5W-30和SN 5W-40;对比测试了其与两种市售同类型的甲醇汽油发动机油的碱值、硫酸盐灰分以及摩擦学性能、抗氧化性能、结焦性能等;并探究了甲醇及其燃烧副产物对所制备润滑油碱值、黏度以及摩擦学性能、结焦性能、抗氧化性能等的影响。结果表明,自制润滑油具有优良的减摩抗磨性能,其他性能则与市售润滑油相当,符合甲醇发动机专用润滑油的性能要求。与此同时,甲醇及其燃烧副产物对润滑油摩擦学性能无明显负面影响,对结焦性能影响较小;这表明所研制的润滑油可望用于甲醇发动机润滑。
Two special lubricants for methanol engine,SN 5 W-30 and SN 5 W-40,were designed and developed.They were compared with two equivalent commercial lubricants for methanol gasoline engine with respect to alkali value,sulfate ash,tribological,oxidation resistance,coking and other properties.The effects of methanol and its combustion by-products on the alkali value,viscosity,tribological,coking and oxidation resistance properties of the as-prepared lubricant were also investigated.The results indicate that the as-prepared lubricants are superior to the commercial products in anti-wear and anti-friction performance,and equivalent in other properties,proving that their performance meets the requirements of special lubricants for methanol engine.Moreover,methanol and its combustion by-products have no obvious negative effect on the tribological property of lubricant,but have little effect on coking properties.This implies that the as-prepared lubricants are expected to be used for methanol engine.
